JUDr. Ing. Veronika Puškár Škodová, PhD.

She is the founder of ŠKODA LEGAL s.r.o. She always wanted to be a lawyer. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at UMB in Banská Bystrica and Faculty of economics in Trenčín. She can solve the problems of the clients in a more complex way, finding the best solution due to the fact she has studied law and also economics. She specializes in commercial law and insolvency proceedings where she has worked for 10 years.

She has been a member of several Slovak and international teams of lawyers who deal with issues of commercial law, bankruptcy and restructuring. She gives lectures about this as a supervisor for future administrators and also at various conferences.

Mgr. Peter Puškár

He worked for 25 years in the Police Force, where he reached the rank of Colonel. He gradually achieved important management positions at the National Criminal Agency (NAKA) and at the Presidium of the Police Force, first in the position of Head of the Financial Police Department of Office for the Fight against Organized Crime, later as Deputy Director of the anti-corruption unit NAKA in Banská Bystrica, where he was in charge of detecting and investigating corruption, Eurofunds, serious tax and economic crime within the jurisdiction of the Specialized Criminal Court. 

In the highest management position, he successfully led a specialized unit at the Presidium of the Police Force, which was in charge of classified operations and covert investigations with the deployment as an agent. 

Based on his 25 years of experience, many years of close cooperation with the Financial Administration at all levels, he became fully acquainted with the system of functioning of bodies active in criminal proceedings, as well as the system and functioning of the Financial Administration. He is also one of the few people specializing in classified operations and an expert in tax law consulting. In our law firm, he is a great asset in the field of tax law, economic crime, corruption and, last but not least, an important adviser in criminal law for our clients.

JUDr. Mgr. Michaela Czvedler

Michaela graduated with a master's degree at the Pan-European University in Bratislava and completed the rigorous process at the Trnava University in Trnava, where she was awarded the title JUDr.

During her practice as a lawyer trainee, she also expanded her education in the field of political sciences, where she obtained the title Mgr.

During her practice as a lawyer trainee, Michaela gained extensive experience in the field of commercial, civil, bankruptcy and restructuring law. She has extensive experience in the field of family law, which she also deals with in our office, and she considers this area to be her focal point, as she is well-versed in the given area, is empathetic and always tries to find a solution for clients that will be suitable for them and brings the dispute to a successful conclusion and actively represents them throughout the process.

She is constantly learning in various fields in order to deepen her knowledge, which she can then use in practice.
Michaela is a great asset to our office, as she is ambitious, quickly gets the hang of issues and is always willing to look for a solution and help the entire team as well as clients in various legal areas and life situations.

She provides legal services in Slovak and English.

Mgr. Filip Sedmák

He studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. He began his career at the Law Firm with a strong determination to achieve justice and uphold legal principles. His legal education equipped him with a solid foundation in law and ethics, preparing him for the challenging challenges of our legal profession. One of his strongest points is his ability to work in a team and solve complex legal problems with a creative and systematic approach. His ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, quickly analyze and solve legal issues contribute to the success of our office. He always tries to do all things at the expense of quality and not quantity.

During his studies, he was always more inclined towards private law. His focus is civil, commercial, insolvency and real estate law, especially contract drafting, debt collection, corporate law, and he also represents our clients in court.

Ing. Soňa Ondrušková

Soňa worked in the Slovak Police Force for 31 years in the direct performance of duty, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel. She worked in the service of the criminal police, but for the longest time in the service of the financial police of the National Criminal Agency (NAKA) East and West, during the last period she directly managed the department of the financial police NAKA in Bratislava.

In the financial police service of the National Criminal Agency of the Presidium of the Police Force she was responsible for documenting and checking the most serious economic criminal activity. In this context, she mainly dealt with tax crime, money laundering, investigation of suspicions of criminal activity in public procurement, especially with a specialization in highway and road construction.

Cases of tunneling of large companies, trading in illegal fuel have been extremely successful documented. As part of her duties, she cooperated with foreign partner services and foreign law enforcement agencies, with the Office of the Special Prosecutor, with central state administration bodies, the National Bank of the Slovak Republic and other banking houses, the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic, the Office for Public Procurement, the Supreme Audit Office and other key institutions.

After leaving the Police Force, she worked at the Slovak Land Fund as the director of the Department of Compliance and the Fight Against Corruption, where she also dealt with cases related to land law.

By documenting and verifying serious criminal activity, she gained extensive knowledge and experience that can legally be used by clients of the law firm.

JUDr. Natália Richtáriková

She studied law at the Pan-European University in Bratislava and is currently extending her professional knowledge by continuing her external doctoral studies in the field of criminal law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Natália is a new contribution to our law firm, as she specializes mainly in family law and related matters. She also has experiences in commercial law, preparation of commercial and employment contracts and is not lost in the area of financial markets.

Natália speaks actively technical and business English and is progressing in Russian. Years of work experience reflect her precision, excellent organizational and communication skills. The biggest motivation for her is 100% work done.

Veronika Koníková

Veronika has been working in our office as an office manager since 2021. She has many years of experience in this position. She worked for 14 years as a management assistant in an international law firm. She is fluent in German, has excellent communication and organizational skills and is a great support for our team.

Ing. Zuzana Šurianska

She studied economics at Alexander Dubcek University in Trenčín, but during her studies she devoted herself to several professional areas. She has experiences in business, business relations, marketing and legal agenda. Thanks to traveling, she gained knowledge in several international areas, which she uses in our cooperation. She is beneficial for our law firm especially in communication with foreign law firms. She speaks active English, has excellent organizational skills, which, together with her empathic approach, is highly appreciated by our clients.
